All matters relating to disposal, transfer, mortgage etc. are being looked after by the Estate Officer. Following forms have been prescribed for various jobs to be carried out by the Estate Office:-

Note:  In case of transfer of property or transfer of ownership on the basis of GPA or registered/un-registered Will, time period shall be 45 days.

 

These forms contains complete information regarding documents required to be submitted by the applicant which facilitate the applicant early and complete submission of application and at the same time it helps the office for early disposal of application received. These forms are supplied free of cost at reception of the office of GMADA to the public. However, these forms can also be down loaded for the particular work and specimen of each form is available on the Website.
          Time for disposal of application received for each job have been prescribed and given for information of the public as above. If no reply is received to the applicant within the given period, applicant can lodge his complaint at Telephone No. 5032698 or can inquire above the fate/position of his application from the Single Window located at Ground Floor of the office of GMADA.
